Tucked quietly into a residential neighborhood away from the station, VARIO is an intimate Italian trattoria with just 3 tables. Operated solely by the chef, the dining room lights up around dusk as neighborhood regulars begin to filter in.

The cooking is thoughtfully handled from antipasti through pasta, pizza, and dessert. On the pasta side, options like crisp vegetable peperoncino, carbonara with house-cured bacon, and Neapolitan-style meat sauce over fusilli offer reliable satisfaction.
